Each session is tailored to meet your personal needs, whether you're looking for emotional support, personal growth, or a non-verbal way to process life's challenges.

What to Expect

💬 A calm, confidential space to share and reflect
🎨 Use of creative tools like drawing, painting, and collage

📆 Sessions typically run over a 6-session plan, but can be adjusted to suit your individual goals and needs

No artistic skill is needed—this is about expression, not perfection.

NDIS Friendly

NDIS participants may be able to access Creative Counselling under:
